Is there any way I can see the products before ordering?

Mountain Top Designs (MTD) will be at McPherson on specific dates known as our Showcase Dates. We will have samples of our entire product offering to help you with type and sizing (youth, juniors and adult sizes).  We are typically set up in the quad area as school is dismissed for the day, so look for our display.

Do I have to buy from you?

Every child attending McPherson must comply with the school’s dress code.  Mountain Top Designs is the only authorized vendor for McPherson logo apparel (Shirts and Tops).

How do I pay for my order at Pre Orders Online?

The only way to pay will be with a Major Credit Card (Visa, M/C, Discover, and AMEX).

Will I be able to purchase and take product on the Showcase Dates?

No. You will be able to place your Pre-Order online between 6/2/11 and 6/8/11 for the Pre-Order Incentive.

When I order at the scheduled Pre Order Showcase Dates, how will my order be delivered?

All orders placed on the Pre Order Dates will be shipped directly to you by July 28, 2011.

When will the website be back online for Standard Web Orders?

This website will be continuing on July 29, 2011 where the entire product offering will be available for online ordering.

How do I pay for my online order?

The only way to pay will be with a Major Credit Card (Visa, M/C, Discover, and AMEX).

When I order online for Standard Web Order, how will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped Ground Freight Service with either Federal Express Ground or United States Postal Service Priority Mail. The choice of service is determined by MTD.

Most website orders will ship within 5 to 7 days from the date the order was placed.

What are the Key Dates for the 2011-2012 School Year?

June 2-8, 2011: 2011/2012 Pre-Orders will be taken exclusively on this Website, McPhersonLogoWear.com

June 2-3, 2011: "Showcase Dates" at McPherson with all Product & Sizing Samples for "Touch & Feel".

June 9, 2011: Website taken offline to process Pre-Orders and prepare additional stock for Standard Web Orders

July 28, 2011: All Pre-Orders will have been shipped.

July 29, 2011: Website back online to take Standard Web Orders.

August 17, 2011: "Showcase Dates" at McPherson with all Product & Sizing Samples for "Touch & Feel".

August 18, 2011: Cut-Off date for Standard Web Orders to be placed to guarantee delivery before the first day of school.

April 30, 2012: Product Offering will end; the website will be "offline" and not accepting new orders for the remainder of the 2011/2012 school year.

Will these shirts shrink?

If the washing and drying instructions are followed on each garment, preshrunk cotton will not shrink.  Most manufacturers specify cold wash and tumble dry low.

Can I exchange or return product that I purchased because I got the wrong size or color?

Yes!  Refunds and Exchanges must be completed within 30 days of Original Ship Date. 

As last year, returned product must be sent back directly to Mountain Top Designs.  The method and cost of returning product to MTD will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please note, that in cases of exchanges (not due to MTD error), the customer account will be charge a Flat Rate of $7.00 for return shipping.  However, in the cases of MTD’s error, customer’s account will be credited.  A flyer will be included with every order with the procedure that is required.

Returned or exchanging product should be sent with means of tracking (USPS Priority Mail or UPS).  Refunds for credit card payments will be credited to the original credit card account
