Is there any way I can see the products before ordering?

Mountain Top Designs (MTD) will be at McPherson on specific dates known as our Showcase Dates.  We will have samples of our entire product offering to help you with type and sizing (youth and adult sizes).  We are typically set up in the lunch quad area as school is dismissed for the day, so look for our banner.

How do I pay for my order at Showcase Dates?

On Showcase Dates, MTD accepts the following forms of payment:

Cash
Credit Card: Visa, M/C, Discover or AMEX
Personal Check  ($25 fee on returned checks)
Money Order or Cashier’s Check

Will I be able to purchase and take home product on the Showcase Dates?

Currently, the only Showcase Dates that we have scheduled to have product on hand is August 22, 2007 (Registration Day).  MTD may have some product for direct sale on the other two Showcase Days.

When I order at the scheduled Showcase Dates, how will my order be delivered?

All orders that are placed on the specific Showcase Dates will be processed and shipped directly to McPherson, where school officials will distribute the individual orders.  These orders will take two to three weeks to process.

How do I pay for my online order?

When the website launches in Mid-September 2007, the only way to pay will be with a Major Credit Card (Visa/M/C, Discover, or AMEX).

When I order online, how will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped Ground Freight Service with either Federal Express Ground or United States Postal Service Priority Mail.  The choice of service is determined by MTD.

When I order online, what is the cost to ship my order?

All orders $40 and over will not be charged for shipping.  All orders under $40 will be charged a flat rate of $8.00.

When I order online, how long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders should be received within 1 to 2 weeks.  If an item is out of stock and will take longer, you will be notified by email or phone.

Do I have to buy from you?

Every child attending McPherson must comply with the school’s dress code.  Mountain Top Designs is the only authorized vendor for McPherson logo apparel (Shirts and Tops).

The product offering from Mountain Top Designs ranges from Standard and Girl’s T-Shirts, Polo Sport Shirts, Sweatshirts (Crewneck, Pullover and Full-Zip Hooded), Fleece Jackets, and Baseball Caps.  All of our products have the McPherson logo either embroidered or screen printed for that school spirit look.

What shirt size should it get for my child or myself?

Sizes will vary from product to product (t-shirt to sweatshirt), but the following guidelines can be used:

Suggestion - When ordering fleece or outerwear garments, consider ordering one size up from polo or t-shirt sizing that your child wears.

Will these shirts shrink?

If the washing and drying instructions are followed on each garment, preshrunk cotton will not shrink.  Most manufacturers specify cold wash and tumble dry low.

Can I exchange or return product that I purchased because I got the wrong size or color?

Yes!  Refunds and Exchanges must be completed within 30 days of the original purchase date.  To request a refund or exchange, please complete the Return/Exchange Form which can be located on this website under the Policies tab.

Return the completed form and the merchandise to the McPherson Parent Liaison.  Once confirmation has been received from the Parent Liaison, the refund or exchange will be processed.

In the event of an exchange, the replacement garment will be shipped ground freight directly to you at no additional charge.

Refunds for credit card payments will be credited to the original credit card account.  A refund check will be issued for all other forms of payment.

Can I exchange or return “Personalized” Varsity Fleece Jacket?

No. The Varsity Fleece Jacket is sold exclusively at www.McPhersonLogoWear.com.

This item has the option to have an embroidered name placed on the jacket.  If the Varsity Fleece Jacket has a personalized name, it is Non-Refundable or Exchangeable.

If the jacket has not been personalized it can be exchanged or refunded.

Can I exchange or return Discontinued Brands or “One-of-a-Kind” products?

No. Items that may not be exchanged or refunded are discontinued brands, samples, or “one-of-a-kind” items.  These items (if available) would be on sale at the Showcase Dates, and would be labeled as “Non-Refundable or Exchangeable”.
