Most orders will ship within 7 to 10 days. If an item is out of stock and will take longer, you will be notified by email or phone.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Refunds and Exchanges must be completed within 30 days of original Ship Date. Click Here for the full Return/Exchange Form.
However, this year, returned product must be sent back directly to Mountain Top Designs.
The method and cost of returning product is the responsibility of the customer.
Please note, that in cases of exchanges (not due to MTD error), the customer account will be charge a Flat Rate of $6.00 for return shipping.
Returned product should be sent with means of tracking (USPS Priority Mail or UPS).
Refunds for credit card payments will be credited to the original credit card account. A refund check will be issued for all other forms of payment.
