Most orders will ship within 7 to 10 days. If an item is out of stock and will take longer, you will be notified by email or phone.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Refunds and Exchanges must be completed within 30 days of original Ship Date.
However, this year, returned product must be sent back directly to Mountain Top Designs.
The method and cost of returning product is the RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
However, in the cases of MTD’s error, customer’s account will be credited. A flyer will be included with every order with the procedure that is required.
Returned product should be sent with means of tracking (USPS Priority Mail or UPS).
Refunds for credit card payments will be credited to the original credit card account. A refund check will be issued for all other forms of payment.
